                                                                                                                          With reference to aforesaid RTI Application, I would like to draw your kind attention towards the provision of section 7(3)(b) read along with section 7(8)(iii) of the RTI Act, whereby, while responding to my RTI Application, you as a PIO (or the PIO chosen/ selected/ forwarded by you) were supposed to have provided the particulars of the FAA, but please note that it has not been done so, and as such, you are hereby kindly requested to forward the enclosed first appeal to the concerned First Appellate Authority.
