Court Staff refuses to accept representations of husband RTI Activist

DAK (Receipts & Issue) Department refuses to Accept in-hand RTI, First Appeal & Other related representations under the RTI Act, 2005

1.     Today morning I visited Dwarka Courts to give the attached representation but the DAK (Receipts & Issue) Department refused to accept my representation saying that they are not authorized to accept letters/ representations like these & that it shall be named to the District Judge only then they can accept it so accordingly I am forwarding to your honor as advised with a request to forward seeing the urgency kindly forward it to the concerned Hon’ble Court of First Appellate Authority. Thanking you.
